Job Description
- Resolve customer queries - customers are programmers/developers from all across world using Components in their solutions. The queries can be originated from email, forum or phone calls.
- Build up Knowledge base - prepare FAQ's, knowledge base articles, sample applications for customers on how to use the features/functionalities of the Component. For example, need to show with a sample on how to use our Grid control with LINQ as data source, or how to use Chart control as Heart Monitor Screen.
Education and Training / Skills Required
- Students from 2009/ 2010 BE/ B.Tech (Computer Science and Information Technology) or MCA Batches
- 60% and above throughout ( X, XII, Graduation and Post graduation)
- Good communication and Aptitude skills
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts.
